Shield for LinkedIn Activity & Profile Monitoring

SOCi has extended the power of Shield for LinkedIn to include activity monitoring and enhanced profile oversight. When enabled, Shield monitors and archives user LinkedIn activity–including comments, messages, connection requests, and more–and flags potential risks for compliance follow-up.

You can also now require users to manage their LinkedIn profiles through SOCi, where Shield checks every change for compliance before it goes live. If someone edits their profile directly on LinkedIn, Shield flags the change for compliance review.

SOCi now integrates with Reserve With Google, giving service-based brands a faster, more direct way to convert interest into appointments right from their Google listings.

This feature is available to SOCi Listings customers who qualify under Google’s eligibility criteria. Once approved, businesses can add “Book Online” buttons directly to eligible listings, allowing consumers to schedule appointments or reservations without ever leaving Google. Apple Insights

Instagram Reporting Metrics Update

On April 21, Instagram will be deprecating two metrics – “Impressions” and “Reel Plays”. As a replacement, Instagram will release “Views” and “Reel Views” which will be the exact equivalent for those metrics, respectively.
