Examinations/Physicals

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requires a medical exam or physical performed by a certified Civil Surgeon whose signature and endorsement is required to gain medical clearance for U.S. Citizenship.

Dr. Marcel Stern and Dr. Arvind K. Patel are both board-certified Civil Surgeons qualified to perform the physicals and sign proper forms indicating medical clearance.
